Instructions for completing and submitting the Anonymous Reporting Form.
If you wish to submit a report concerning the aspects covered by UNI/PdR 125:2022 (Gender Equality) or ISO 30415:2021 (Diversity and Inclusion), or concerning unlawful activities (direct and indirect corruption; money laundering), you may complete the fields in Part 2 and, if desired, also Part 1 (to disclose your identity).
If you prefer to remain anonymous, Part 1 may be left blank.
Once completed, this reporting form will be sent directly to the person responsible for handling reports at Artegraf.
